The Secrets of an Apartment

Image
The Secrets of an Apartment   Screams and Shrieks often wreathed, Empty walls of 102. Inquisitive ears graced the dusty walls, Capturing the feeble decibels close. The proximity of two floors are too close. With a notion of not being watched. Are the secrets safe, Behind the closed doors of the Apartments? Defied the dream of silence though, With the knowledge of the worlds apart, Found in each abode. Having a thin layer of opaque membrane, Peeping into the innocuous boundary of secret. The gale slithered away quietly. One Apartment, worlds apart though.

Danger in the Stranger

Image
Danger in the Stranger Someone said, a hug can heal! The broken chain that linked, Two or more, once bosom buddies. But proves wrong today, Before a deadly unseen enemy, Hidden in the wells of mucus, Who taught us to fear, Fear the danger in the stranger, In whom we meet, and the friends we hug. Stranger is no more a ‘stranger’, But a ‘danger’ yet ‘nearer’ Concealed while mutating further.
